From the moment you place your order to the second it arrives at your door, here's how to follow along.

Your Tracking Details

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can also see the live status of every order — processing, dispatched, delivered — any time by signing in and clicking "View my orders" above.

How to Follow Your Delivery

  • Sign in and click View my orders above to see your order status at a glance.
  • Or open your dispatch confirmation email and follow the tracking link provided there.
  • Enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see exactly where your parcel is.

How Long Should I Expect to Wait?

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery to Ireland then typically takes 5–10 business days for items shipped from an EU warehouse, or 7–15 business days (up to 20 during peak periods) for items shipped from our partner warehouses in Asia. These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees — actual delivery can be affected by customs processing, courier delays, or other events outside our control. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
